Our Why

When I was looking for a new job, I had no idea where to start. I faced setbacks due to a felony conviction when I was a teenager, and had no sense of direction. I wasn’t sure where my next opportunity would come from, but then, my cousin reached out and offered me a chance to join his business—one that was still growing and full of potential.

At first, I didn’t fully understand what it could mean for me. The business was a startup, and the road ahead seemed uncertain. But my cousin believed in me, just like we believe in you. He saw the potential that I couldn’t see in myself at the time and knew that I could bring value to his growing team.

Joining his business changed everything for me. Not only did I gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, but I also felt like I was truly making a difference. The work was challenging, rewarding, and my cousin’s mentorship helped me grow both professionally and personally. He didn’t just offer me a job—he offered me a chance to build something meaningful, to contribute to something bigger than myself. He offered me a second chance. 

This opportunity changed my life. It gave me the skills, confidence, and drive to pursue my career with purpose.
