Our Goal

Our goal is to help businesses and employers looking for opportunistic workers to be able to provide financial benefits for them. As well as providing savings for the government spending for jail systems yearly by providing our clients a path to getting out of the recycling system. We finally also want to help the individual that needs the assistance and has the drive to better their lives to reunite them with loved ones. We wish to provide an all encompassing and balanced way to support/guide people trapped in the cycle of hopelessness coming out of the prison system.

Our Story

At Second Chance Consulting we believe that everyone deserves a second chance. Our journey began with a simple realization—many hardworking, capable individuals struggle to find employment because of their past. We know firsthand how difficult it can be to move forward when opportunities are scarce, and we’re here to change that. We have people in our team that have had experience in being in a tough spot during adolescence and trying to find the best way out. Understanding and seeing these problems first hand is the why for us, and our reason to make this business a need for prisons around the nation.
